Home Information Packs

Homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer require a Home Information Pack (HIP) however the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be retained.  Sellers will still be required to commission, but won't need to have received an EPC before marketing their property.  The EPC must be available within the first 28 days of marketing the property and added to the property sales particulars.  Click here to visit the EPC section of our website.
